Every package comes with a tracking number. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS I am not responsible for it being lost or stolen. If your package arrives damaged I can file a claim with the post office and issue you a refund. If you do not purchase the available shipping upgrade which includes insurance I can not refund for lost or stolen packages.
